Brighton Covenant Churches final station on the Walk of Witness - Good Friday
Easter celebrates God’s victory over death through Jesus’ resurrection and the launch of a brand-new creation. But to feel the weight of that morning, you have to walk through the week that led to it. Holy Week slows us down and lets us see what was happening: betrayal, injustice, courage, surrender—and a kingdom taking shape in the dark. Each moment of Holy Week connects with the larger narrative about God blessing and renewing the whole world.
Easter isn’t only about what happened to Jesus.
It’s about what God is doing with everything and everyone.
You can hear our Archbishop's Easter message here.
